The following information is required in order to complete the application:
  • Social Security Number
  • Asset balances (checking, savings, mutual funds, retirement, etc.)
  • Liability balances (car loans, student loans, credit card, etc.)
  • Currently owned real estate - address, loan balances & market value.
The following information is required for final loan approval: 
  • One month of recent pay stubs
  • Two years W-2s 
  • Two months of bank statements
  • Two years of tax returns (if self-employed)
