Secure, Convenient Face-to-Face Banking

Have you seen the Video Banking signs or machines and wondered what's the difference between an ATM and Video Banking machine? Have you given Video Banking a try? Don't miss out on one of the most convenient and easy-to-use banking services.

What is Video Banking?

Video Banking is an innovative approach to financial services that allows customers to conduct banking transactions and receive personalized assistance via live video conference calls using a Video Banking machine.

The personalized, face-to-face experience that Video Banking provides helps our bank maintain strong relationships with our customers and high overall customer satisfaction.

Video Banking technology provides customers with another convenient banking option, that integrates well with other digital banking experiences like online banking and mobile banking.

What's a Video Banking machine?

Built with the standard functions of an ATM, including touch-screen technology, a PIN pad, card reader, and receipt paper, a Video Banking-equipped machine is also equipped with two-way video conferencing, which connects the user with a remote First National Bank Relationship Banker.

This real-time, personalized communication service enables customers to access a much wider range of remote banking services through the assistance of the Relationship Banker. And because Video Banking is connected to First National Bank's banking system, you don't need an ATM or debit card to access the services or your funds.

Don't have time to stop inside the branch, is the weather frightful, or do you have kids in the car...no problem, just pull into one of the convenient Video Banking lanes.

How to Get Started

During Video Banking hours, simply touch the Video Banking section on the screen on any of our Video Banking machines, which are available in the drive-up lanes (and inside the entrance at some of our bank locations).

Once the Relationship Banker appears on screen, let them know what type of assistance you need. Through an interactive, face-to-face personal conversation, our Relationship Bankers can help customers complete a variety of bank transactions.
